How to apply your mountain & tree vehicle decal using the “wet” method..
While applying decals dry may be quicker and easier for smaller decals, we’ve found the wet method to be the ideal application method for anyone who’s new to applying decals, especially large vehicle graphics. Installing a decal wet allows for the bubbles that will inevitably be trapped under the decal to be squeegeed out before the application solution dries. This is a huge advantage over applying decals dry and the main reason we suggest using this technique.

1 spray bottle
1 cup water
1/4 cup alcohol (Denatured, rubbing or isopropyl at around 70-90% alcohol content is good)
4 drops of garden variety dish soap
camper decals custom
Nice video, Tip from doing this a long time, use baby shampoo for the soap.
Ughhhhh I tried this but apparently mine isn’t vinyl. I ruined the stupid thing. So done!!!

Have you ever thought of using Baby Shampoo instead of dish soap? There is less additives, oils, perfumes etc that may break down the adhesives over time.

You are the best example of an installation I have seen. I love your addition of the alcohol into the soapy water, wetting the car and the decal before attatching, AND waiting 4 hours before pulling the paper off! That is the best. Everyone else is in a rush to pull off the paper! That gives everything a chance to set and cure!!! Rich! thanks
